Unforgettable Moments

Cancy Francois

Usually when we are told pictures will be taken at an event, our natural reaction would be to pose for the camera and say cheese!!!. But this particularevent photographer does the opposite, his recognition of art is more represented by the unexpected moments, the kind of moments where you realize you were just frozen in time but…just after the fact.

I would describe his style as soft and colorful, though the colors metaphorically emerge through the essence of the picture itself. For the couple of events that I have attended, I have watched him capture the oddest moments and objects but through the lens become a portrait of beauty. Below are some of the pictures that stood out the most.

A hard laugh, a quick spin and twirl, passion oozing out of an artist …all wonderful moments that warm the human soul. After hundreds and hundreds of pictures it was a bit challenging finding the best, for each picture tells a story and in their uniqueness are the best of their kind.

Let me be the first to say that this is a nice article. Yes, it’s written about my work, however, it would have been hard to describe what I do. I truly believe in synergy. I’m observing you while you’re observing me. I must I can shoot an event and you write an article about it, then I become aware of all that I missed. Keep it moving… You’re a good writer… Thanks again

It’s funny you should say that Cancy, you do so much that I had to chose to focus on one thing I try to be brief for the visual art, but know that I admire your work and am very appreciative of it. thank you for all my beautiful pictures!

Nice article as well. BTW, may I also get a “like” feature lol. I am a big believer in “feedback” to reinforce positivity and provide encouragement. However, though I read a lot of blogs, I sometimes am not in the mood to reply but often feel the urge to provide encouragement, a “like” feature will be perfect or a “star voting system”. That will provide feedback to you/management unless you care not about it and all :)

oh no no no I do care…it’s just that it’s different when you build a website from the ground up, you miss certain details but definitely thank you for the suggestion will also work on that as soon as I get home.
